White Pizza Dip Recipe
2 cups grape tomatoes, cut in half
1 tsp olive oil
¼ tsp pepper
8 oz mozzarella cheese, grated (reserve 1 ounce for topping)
8 oz gruyere cheese, grated (reserve 1 ounce for topping)
12 oz (1 ½ packages) cream cheese, softened
¼ cup finely grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
2 tsp G&M Poultry Rub
Serve with breadsticks, bruschetta or crackers
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread cut tomatoes onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. Drizzle with olive oil and roast for 20-25 minutes until starting to brown.
Stir mozzarella, gruyere, and parmesan in to softened cream cheese. Add basil and roasted tomatoes, mixing well. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe baking dish such as a deep dish glass pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining gruyere and mozzarella. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn oven to broil for 3 minutes, or until top is golden and bubbly. Serve immediately.
