Grilled Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
8 oz Large Button Mushrooms 1 Tbs G&M Veggie Rub
4 oz Cheese (Cheddar, Feta or Blue)
Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Cube cheese into 1/2 inch squares. Season the inside of each mushroom cap with a pinch of seasoning and fill with a cube of cheese. Place mushrooms on grill over medium flame and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
